The advertisement heading should be a short, informative and attractive name of the offered product, service. The heading is the first thing that a potential customer pays attention to. Try to make it accurate and concise.
It is not allowed to use the following in the heading:
Capital letters in all or separate words (except abbreviations);
Non-alphabetic characters (*^@<>), as well as many exclamation (!!!!!) or interrogation (????) marks;
A set of duplicate keywords and phrases (tags). Search engines may consider them as spam and not index them, which will prevent your advertisement from entering the search results.
Choose a Section - Market, Category, Group, Type, which most closely match the content of your advertisement - this increases its chances of being found by both the potential customers and search engines. For each product or service on PERPRICE there is a specific Market, Category, Group, Type provided, in exceptional cases there can be a maximum of two types.
Product Types are described by attributes that indicate the specific consumer properties.
Types of Services are described by the characteristics that specify the Service.
The Parameters describe the specific conditions of purchase and sale of the Goods or Services.
The administration of the service reserves the right to determine the appropriate type for placements in order to streamline and ensure the quality content. Publication of placements in several sections, which are less suitable or inconsistent with the essence of placement is not allowed.
Posting the advertisement in the wrong section or category can lead to its removal or moving to a more suitable one.
There are 4 sections at the Website: “Find a Seller”, “Find a Customer”, “Order”, “Sell”.
In the “Find a Seller” section the User can have a look at the market conditions of sale of the Goods or Services of interest to him/her, find out what specific offers are on the market.
In the “Find a Customer” section the User can have a look at the market conditions of demand of the Goods or Services of interest to him/her, find out what specific demand is on the market.
In the "Order" section the User not only sees the existing offers, but also his/her interest in purchasing is immediately visible to the Sellers. Having the opportunity to specify such essential parameters as the time and place of receipt of the goods/services by the Order allows the User to actually conduct a competition (tender) among the Sellers for the best offer for him/her.
In the “Sell” section the User places the information about the Products sold by him/her or Services provided by him/her. Having the opportunity to specify such essential parameters as the time and place of sale of the goods/services by the sale allows the User to actually conduct a competition (tender) among the Sellers for the best offer for him/her.
The description must fully comply with the heading and the offered type of the product/service. The description of one type of the product or service is allowed in one advertisement. The initial 2-3 lines of the text should be the most attractive part of your advertisement, since the first thing that catches your eye is the heading and the first sentence of the advertisement text. Please, write correctly and carefully, do not make spelling mistakes, clearly formulate your thought.
We recommend to indicate all details, features, characteristics of the goods through attribute selection of the Products type and what cannot be found as the attribute, to indicate in the description of the advertisement order. Indication of inaccurate or false information may cause the advertisement to be deleted.
Placing the advertisements that are repeated in content or meaning is prohibited. Transliteration - spelling of the Russian words in Latin letters is not allowed.
Please note: the description must not include the phone number. There is a special field for the phone number; the remaining contact information can be reported in the correspondence.
Be sure to add photos to your advertisement (the available amount of up to 5 photos in all markets). A client who sees a high-quality, clear image of the product will be much more interested in your offer than in a similar one, but without a photo.
The photo showing the product/service should match the heading and the advertisement text. The photo should contain only the offered item.
It is forbidden to add photos of poor quality, in which the depicted item is indistinguishable. The photos of the erotic or pornographic content are also prohibited.
It is prohibited to indicate the logo and links to the competing services.
In the market Property it is prohibited to add a photo in the form of a collage with the offered item of sale/lease.
Stock photography rule
Add only your own photos.
All stock photos copied from the Internet or scanned from the catalogs, that is, not related to the real unit of the goods sold, are not allowed for the advertisements with the parameter Natural Person.
Please, download your own photos in order for the advertisement to be successfully moderated. All photos that do not comply with the above rule will be deleted.
Your email address is a username to log in to your personal record entry My Account.
One User (both companies and natural persons) can have only one account. The accounts, technical analysis of which revealed that they belong to the same author, are determined by the system as duplicated and are suspended or blocked automatically.
The User is prohibited to transfer/lease the account (information necessary to access the account) or sell to the third parties.
Why is my text highlighted in red when I insert the prepared text in the form field?
We care about the security of our project and our users, so when you type something in the form fields or paste a prepared text there, we try to check if there are any security risks in what you contribute. Hence, some unsafe symbols, in our opinion, we try not to allow saving on the site. They include the following:
- Emoji and dash substitution (the correct dash for the site is a common minus sign -)
- Symbols & ^ ~ `# $ |
- Symbols that are not included in the table UTF-8
- Some invisible symbols that may appear when editing text in Microsoft Word and Excel
- The site may not miss specific characters from character fonts despite that are included in UTF-8
- The site may not miss texts in Arabic, Hebrew, hieroglyphic languages, languages of the peoples of India, that is, texts in languages that do not use Latin letters or Cyrillic, Greek writing.
Because of these limitations, we recommend you to paste the text into forms on the website only from a plain text editor Notepad (Microsoft Notepad is a standard program in any version of Microsoft Windows) or an equivalent (an editor that does not automatically replace or control the layout of your text).
